These terms apply to your use of this website and to the web development services I provide to clients. By using this website or hiring me, you agree to them.
01Services
I provide website design and development, including WordPress, Shopify and Webflow development, maintenance, speed optimization and related work. The scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are agreed in writing before work starts.
02Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- An advance payment may be needed before work starts, with the balance due as agreed in the proposal.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
- Final files and website handover happen once full payment is received.
03Client responsibilities
To keep the project on schedule, the client agrees to:
- Provide content, images, logins and feedback on time.
- Only supply materials they own or are properly licensed to use.
- Review and approve each milestone within a reasonable time.
Late content or feedback may push back the delivery date.
04Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Extra revisions or new features requested after approval count as additional work.
05Ownership of work
Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website design and the custom code written for the project. Third-party themes, plugins, apps, fonts and libraries stay under their own licenses.
I may show the finished project in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
06Third-party platforms
Websites built on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow depend on those platforms and on hosting providers. I am not responsible for their outages or for changes they make to pricing or policies.
07Warranty and support
I fix bugs in my own work that are reported within the support period agreed in the proposal. Problems caused by later changes from the client or others, platform updates or third-party plugins are not covered, but I can fix them as paid work.
08Limitation of liability
My services and this website are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, data or business. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for it.
09Cancellation
Either side can end a project with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced, and advance payments cover work already done.
10Use of this website
The content on this website, including text, design and code examples, is for general information only. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without permission.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
